Yes, it does indeed take some work. The amount of work you put into can (and often does) affect the amount of impact your blog has. I don't put in nearly as much work with this blog as I should to grow the magazine name, mostly due to life getting in the way, as life can do. Most of the more popular, well-known blogs, are either run by 3-4 people or the person writing it has set times, days, and organization just for their blog. Google blog planning or blog organization and you'll find a wealth of information on growing/managing/maintaining a blog.

Heya! I know this is somewhat off-topic however I had to
ask. Does building a well-established blog like yours take a massive amount work?

I'm brand new to operating a blog however I do write in my diary daily. I'd like to start a blog so I will be able to
share my personal experience and feelings online.

Please let me know if you have any kind of suggestions or tips
for new aspiring blog owners. Thankyou!

When one of my kids wrongs another, the offender has to make amends. The one who was wronged comes up with 3 different things the offender can do to make amends. The offender gets to pick which one they want to do. It can be anything from reading a book to the wronged child, playing with them, giving them a toy...whatever they think would help them to feel better. My husband or I will listen to the choices the wronged child gives the offender to make sure they are appropriate and reasonable. This has really helped them learn that there are consequences for hurting someone and helped them to avoid hurting each other in the first place. They still argue sometimes, of course, but this method has taught them to listen to each other and work things out, not just avoid or ignore their problems, which is what I was taught as a child!
